From the very beginning, we work closely with our (end) customers. Through transparent communication and an advisory approach, we translate functional and societal objectives into concrete choices in design, production and delivery. Long-term collaborations with customers, industrial laundries and suppliers help us keep our environmental and social impact manageable. As a member of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), Van Moer works together with garment manufacturing partners to promote responsible working conditions within international production chains.
Our collections are built from carefully selected materials, well-considered patterns and controlled garment manufacturing processes, with a focus on long product lifespans. This approach is supported by structural inspections, testing and evaluations, and forms part of a continuous improvement process within our organisation.

Durable fabrics, well-considered patterns and careful garment construction form the foundation of our collections — selected to last as long as possible. The longer a garment remains in its first life cycle, the greater the environmental benefit.
Our approach is supported by extensive testing, annual EcoVadis assessments and compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management). Sustainability is therefore not only a standard, but also a continuous improvement process.
